Let’s talk data privacy

We from the Idea 2 Collective GmbH respect your data privacy!

This privacy statement describes the way we collect, process, and store your personal data when you visit our websites or when you use services via our websites and communicate with us: idea2.ch, idea2business.ch, freemarketingautomation.net.

Personal data constitutes all statements and information relating to an identified or identifiable person. These include information such as your name, telephone number, address, e-mail address (or other information you give us when communicating with us as part of an order or participation in a survey, for example), as well as your IP address and other information like the pages you looked at and your reactions to offers displayed on our site.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of our website and business and communications with users. The processing of personal data takes place within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

By using our online services, you are agreeing with our privacy statement and approve of our processing of your personal data, taking into consideration the applicable data protection laws and the following stipulations.

Contents and offers from third parties

For contents and offers of third parties, which are linked on our websites or published in our media, we do not assume any guarantee for the compliance with data protection regulations.

Communicating with us

Our websites use SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us. An SSL encrypted connection is indicated by the browser’s address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and the lock icon in your browser bar. If SSL encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us can not be read by third parties.

Please consider that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Here, complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Processing personal data

We collect, store and process your personal data for as long as necessary or as long as it is required or permitted by law for the purpose of its collection.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Google Analytics uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store user-specific information on the user’s device while using the website to analyze the behavior of the page usage. The purpose of the cookies is, in particular, the analysis of the use of these websites for statistical evaluation and for the continuous improvement of our offer and communication.

The information collected by the cookie about the use of our pages is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. However, Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

We point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code „gat._anonymizeIp ();“ in order to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking). If the anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and therefore no identification of your identity is possible. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Google complies with the privacy policy of the Privacy Shield Agreement, and is registered with the Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield Program, and uses the information we collect to evaluate the use of our Web sites, to report on them, and other related services to us to provide.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software. However, we point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full.

Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook pixels from Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Facebook’s privacy policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

With the help of Facebook pixels, our communication measures on Facebook can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. Pixels enable Facebook to compare the user data of our website visitors (customer data such as IP address) with Facebook accounts. In the process, information about which of our websites you have visited are transferred to the Facebook server.

We point out that Facebook has submitted to the Privacy Shield Agreement concluded between the European Union and the USA and certified itself accordingly. As a result, Facebook has committed itself to comply with the standards and regulations of European data protection law.

You can disable Custom Audiences to prevent Facebook from associating the information it collects directly with your Facebook account. You must be logged in to Facebook to do this.

Aivie Marketing Automation

This website uses Aivie as a self-hosted open source marketing automation service.

Aivie uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store user-specific information on the user’s device while using the websites to analyze the behavior of the page usage. The purpose of the cookies is, in particular, the analysis of the use of these websites for statistical evaluation and for the continuous improvement of our offer and communication.

We point out that the information generated by the Aivie cookies about the use of this website are stored within our own servers within Switzerland and Europe and will not be disclosed to third parties.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software. However, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full.

Any information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
